These terms cover your use of this website and your purchase of EliteEngine (also called School of Elites), run by Tanish Kapoor ("Teekay", "we", "us"). By buying or using EliteEngine, you agree to them.
Every plan includes every feature. We may improve, change or replace parts of the program over time. You won't lose access to the core program you paid for.
You must be 18 or older to buy. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and make the purchase for you.
Payments are taken by SuperProfile (Lifetime) and Razorpay (Monthly and Quarterly) and their payment partners. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Monthly and quarterly plans renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, your access pauses until a payment goes through. You can cancel any time from Settings in the app; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Lifetime has a 7-day money-back guarantee: message us within 7 days of buying and we'll refund you. After 7 days, Lifetime payments are not refundable.

EliteEngine gives general fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice. Before starting any new training or diet, check with a doctor, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, or you're on medication. You train at your own risk.
Results depend on your effort, consistency, sleep, diet and body. The results shown on this website are real members' results, but they're not typical or guaranteed.
Numbers like calorie estimates and food scans in the app are estimates, and they can be wrong.
Your access is for you only. Please don't share your login, or copy, resell or publish the course content. If you do, we may remove your access without a refund.
Be respectful in the community. No harassment, spam or selling. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules.
As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything related to EliteEngine is limited to the amount you paid us.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in New Delhi.
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
