EliteEngine (also called School of Elites) is run by Tanish Kapoor ("Teekay", "we", "us"). This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- What you type into our questions: your name, phone number, Instagram handle (optional), age, height, weight, and your answers about your goals, training and budget.
- What you give at checkout: your name, email and phone number. Payments are handled by SuperProfile and their payment partners. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- How you use the site: which version of the page you saw, which steps you reached, and whether you clicked to buy. We use a small cookie and a random visitor ID for this. It does not identify you by name.
- If you use the EliteEngine app: the workouts, meals, photos, habits and progress you log there, so the app can work for you.
Why we use it
- To build your plan, including your training split and calorie target.
- To contact you about your plan, your purchase or your account.
- To give you access to the app, the course and the community after you buy.
- To understand which parts of our website work, so we can improve it.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
We use trusted services to run EliteEngine. They only get what they need to do their job:
- Netlify: hosts this website and stores the answers you submit.
- SuperProfile: runs checkout and course access.
- Supabase: stores your EliteEngine app account and data.
- Discord: hosts the member community, if you join it.
- Email and messaging tools: used when we send you updates.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a member, or while we may still need to contact you about your plan. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless the law requires us to keep a record, such as proof of a payment.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. You can also delete your app account from inside the app. To ask for any of this, message us using the details below. We'll reply within 7 days.
Age
EliteEngine is meant for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please use the site and the app only with a parent or guardian's permission.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
